Job summary

Bridgewater Bank invites students to join its 2027 Summer Internship Program in the Benefits & Payroll track within the Human Resources Department. The role focuses on payroll administration, benefits programs, HR systems, and employee communications while engaging with the Cohort and Leadership Teams.

Program duration is May 25, 2027 – August 20, 2027, offering meaningful projects, department meetings, and a final presentation of work to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year bachelor’s degree program pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll and benefits-related projects, including process documentation, data review, reporting, and employee communication support.
• Gain exposure to HR systems, payroll cycles, benefits programs, compliance considerations, and the behind-the-scenes work that supports a strong employee experience.
• Partner with the Benefits & Payroll team and broader HR Department on projects that require confidentiality, accuracy, organization, and clear communication.
