Job summary

Bridgewater Bank invites students to join its 2027 Summer Internship Program within the Human Resources Team in Minnesota.

You will engage in real-world banking activities, contribute to projects, attend meetings, and present your outcomes to the cohort and senior leaders at the internship's end. The program runs May 25, 2027 to August 20, 2027, offering hands-on learning, mentorship, and exposure to recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations in a supportive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year bachelor’s degree program in HR, Learning & Development, Business, or related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR projects and attend department meetings.
• Support recruitment/onboarding and HR tasks as directed.
• Present project outcomes to the Cohort and senior leadership at internship end.
