Qualifications

• 2 years’ proven track record in customer service.
• 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience.
• Must have Group One Life and Health License or be able to obtain in 90 days.
• Strong customer service skills and a proven track record of handling sensitive client information (HIPAA, PHI & PI).
• Must have proven oral & written communication, as well as presentation skills through work.
• Must have strong knowledge and work experience using Excel, Word & Outlook.
• High school diploma required or equivalency required (GED).

Responsibilities

• Process billing and payroll reports and assist with payroll imports.
• Develop client relationships and support the regional sales manager and Arizona team.
• Prepare spreadsheets and marketing materials, memorandums, emails, and communications.
• Assist sales with enrollments and product options in core and voluntary benefits.
• Source, promote, and administer insurance products and administrative services as needed.
