• Assist Payroll Manager with bi-weekly and off-cycle payroll processing.
• Audit data, review deductions, garnishments, and allowances.
• Prepare and reconcile contribution files for remittance to third parties.
• Serve as main contact for managers and employees on payroll questions.
• Support 401(k) plan administration and year-end compliance filings.
