Job summary

Consolidated Asset Management is seeking a Payroll Admin & Benefits Coordinator to support accurate, timely payroll and benefits processing across multiple entities and properties. This onsite role in Phoenix, AZ partners closely with the Payroll Administrator, operations, and accounting to keep compensation changes, benefits activity, and payroll records moving correctly and confidentially.

You will handle multi-entity payroll end-to-end, including 401(k) processing, I-9 retention,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in payroll, benefits, or HR administration, multi-entity experience a plus.
• High school diploma required; higher degree preferred.
• Experience with payroll software (Dayforce preferred) and strong Excel skills.
• Excellent data entry, calculations, and reconciliations.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-entity payroll and special payrolls across properties.
• Prepare chargebacks, track payments, and reconcile payroll expenses.
• Manage on/offboarding, including 401(k) processing and I-9 records.
• Handle benefits deductions and vendor billing.
• Audit new hires and maintain accurate employee files.
