Insperity is seeking a Temporary Associate Payroll Specialist to support high-volume payroll processing for Middle Market clients. You will input new hires, changes, and terminations, ensuring data accuracy and compliance while coordinating with internal departments to obtain timely resolutions.

The role emphasizes learning through Insperity training programs, with supervision and growth opportunities as you develop payroll expertise.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field is preferred.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Receives payroll information from clients and processes payroll data.
• Maintains accuracy of client and employee data and ensures compliance.
• Prepares payroll checks, invoices and standard payroll reports for clients.
• Balances input data with payroll worksheets and reports to clients.
• Coordinates with Finance for wires and funding when necessary.
• Trains with Payroll team and attends ongoing department training.

Education
