• Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends or issues; tax familiarity with accounts receivable
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to use HRIS systems for employee records

Responsibilities

• Process accounts receivable transactions including invoicing and posting payments
• Prepare and distribute customer statements and aging reports
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
• Collaborate with sales to resolve billing or payment issues
• Maintain accurate customer records in the accounting system
• Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable for management
• Assist with implementing new accounting software or systems
• Process payroll accurately and in compliance with regulations
• Verify payroll time records and manage deductions and withholdings
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries
• Prepare payroll reports for finance and compliance purposes
• Conduct regular checks on financial transactions, invoices, and payroll for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain organized records for audits and reporting
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Participate in special projects and process improvements within finance
