Qualifications

• Experience with payroll in a midsized business.
• Payroll processing and recording experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform payroll recording and bi-weekly payments.
• Monitor timesheets and communicate errors to Department Directors.
• Maintain records for employee leave time.
• Manage payroll program information and deductions.
• Distribute payroll checks and respond to questions.
• Record Foundation contributions and deposits using Salesforce.
• Participate in budget development and reimbursements.
