We are looking for a Payroll & Benefits Administrator who embodies our core values of Hard Work, Relationships, Humility, and Integrity. This role is essential in ensuring accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance while providing outstanding support to our HR team and employees. This position pays between $67,000 and $87,000 depending on experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Process multi-state payroll with accuracy and efficiency
  • Administer benefits, including new hires, terminations, and open enrollment
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Manage HRIS workflows and train HR partners
  • Support continuous improvement in payroll and benefits processes

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of payroll administration experience (multi-state preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
