Qualifications

• 2-3 years payroll processing in a multi-state, multi-location organization.
• Experience with payroll reconciliations and audits.
• Experience supporting payroll-related projects, system implementations, or data validation.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll cycles with accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with wage garnishment administration and respond to inquiries.
• Manage employment verification requests and route documentation accordingly.
• Monitor employee address changes in Dayforce and maintain jurisdiction tracking records.
• Perform payroll audits and reconcile spreadsheets weekly.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Finance, and other stakeholders on payroll initiatives.
• Support year-end activities and special payroll projects.
