Crew Carwash is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to support Dayforce payroll, reporting, and compliance at our Fishers, IN campus. This on-site role partners with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure accurate bi-weekly processing and strong internal controls.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of payroll experience in multi-state environments, advanced Excel, and a proven track record of process improvements and system enhancements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a multi-state environment.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Processes bi-weekly payroll accurately and timely.
• Leads process improvement and system enhancement projects.
• Ensures compliance with payroll laws, regulations and company policies.
• Provides payroll reporting and analytics to cross-functional teams.
• Tracks and updates compensation for field managers and support center staff.
• Handles other duties as assigned by the Payroll and Benefits Manager.
