Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Audit payroll data, monitor withholdings, garnishments and deductions.
• Review time records, resolve discrepancies, ensure accurate inputs.
• Prepare payroll reports, support year-end activities and W-2 processing.
• Monitor payroll tax notices and support process improvements.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and collaborate with HR & Finance.
