Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree and two years of satisfactory full-time clerical/administrative experience.
• Associate degree or 60 credits and three years of satisfactory full-time clerical/administrative experience including one year supervisory.
• Four-year high school diploma or equivalent with four years of clerical/administrative experience including one year supervisory.
• Education/experience equivalent to 1–3, with one year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate and resolve items on payroll-related reports and ensure reports are reviewed and payments processed.
• Audit and review payments and reports, reconciling for payment and processing direct deposits/reversals as needed.
• Collaborate with Payroll and Personnel to implement solutions and respond to payroll inquiries.
