Qualifications

• Three years of payroll experience processing for 500+ employees using an ERP system.
• Experience in a union environment preferred; annual credit check.
• Associates degree in Accounting or related field (2 extra years experience may substitute).
• CPP designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and audit timely and accurate processing of companywide payroll.
• Provide expertise in processing payroll per UTA policies, collective bargaining agreement, and regulations.
• Manage garnishment, leave balances, payroll inquiries and discrepancies.
• Assist with year-end processing and tax filing, audits, and W-2 issuance.
• Maintain knowledge of ERP payroll system (Workday).
