Qualifications

• Strong experience managing complex, multi-entity payroll.
• Thorough understanding of payroll compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll accurately and on time, including salaries, benefits, deductions.
• Provide payroll coverage for scheduled and unexpected staff absences.
• Support payroll system conversions and implementations, including testing and data validation.
• Review employee records, earnings, deductions, and payroll data for accuracy.
• Develop and maintain payroll testing checklists, reconciliation procedures, and SOPs.
• Prepare payroll reports, analytics, and supporting documentation for stakeholders.
• Assist with quarterly and annual payroll balancing and tax reporting.
