Qualifications

• 6+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Proficiency with payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now & Streamline).
• Experience with Workday is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and timely.
• Assist with reports summarizing payroll, profit sharing, deductions, and withholding.
• Provide payroll information and assistance while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Research variances and respond to audits or inquiries.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and related ledgers.
• Support payroll system implementations and policy updates.
• Coordinate payroll with Accounting, Data Processing, and HR.
