Maintains employee payroll information including pay rates, deductions, and tax data.
Reviews time sheets for completeness and escalates discrepancies.
Supports payroll processing and routine updates.
Assists with data entry for new hires, terminations, and pay changes.
Monitors time-off data for policy consistency.
Responds to routine payroll inquiries and refers complex questions to staff.
Supports HRIS data quality reviews and payroll reporting.
