Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HS with 4+ years in payroll/HR related work.
• Foundational payroll data entry and recordkeeping knowledge.
• Ability to follow payroll procedures and maintain confidential records.

Responsibilities

• Enter changes into payroll systems and submit for review.
• Maintain employee payroll data including pay rates and deductions.
• Review time sheets and resolve discrepancies with guidance.
• Support payroll processing and routine updates.
• Assist with new hires, terminations, and pay changes.
• Respond to routine payroll questions and maintain data accuracy.
