JetBlue is seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage end-to-end payroll for crewmembers in the United States. You will ensure accurate processing for hourly and salaried staff, maintain confidentiality, and support the Payroll Management team.

Responsibilities include reconciling payroll results in SAP, analyzing discrepancies, and partnering with HR and Finance to deliver timely payments while complying with CBAs and regulations. The role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 2 years analytical (or related) experience.
• 1 year of payroll processing experience; SAP Payroll experience.
• Experience with UKG Workforce Management or similar timekeeping systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process end-to-end payroll for hourly and salaried crewmembers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Review, validate, and reconcile payroll results using SAP; resolve discrepancies.
• Pull and review timekeeping data; coordinate with Sr. Analyst on discrepancies.
• Analyze payroll results to identify discrepancies, trends, and risks; take corrective action.
• Assist year-end payroll activities, reconciliations, and data requests.
• Provide excellent customer service to crewmembers regarding payroll questions.
