Job summary

OUTFRONT Media is seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst for our Fairfield, NJ team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of payroll experience with union employees and deep expertise in Dayforce and Workday systems.

This role requires strong analytical and Excel skills to navigate complex payroll scenarios. You will process weekly and bi-weekly payroll, audit attendance, administer benefits, and drive process improvements in a collaborative environment with HR, Finance, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience with union employees.
• Proficient with Dayforce and Workday payroll systems.
• Multi-state payroll knowledge with tax/compliance.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis (pivot, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for union and non-union employees on weekly/bi-weekly schedules.
• Audit Time & Attendance records for compliance with policies and regulations.
• Administer union and non-union benefits and deductions per CBAs and policies.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to resolve payroll issues.
