OUTFRONT Media is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our team in Fairfield, NJ. You will manage end-to-end payroll for union and non-union employees on weekly and bi-weekly schedules, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of payroll experience with union payrolls, deep expertise in Dayforce and Workday, and advanced Excel skills. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to optimize processes and maintain detailed payroll records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience with union employees
• Proficient with Dayforce and Workday payroll systems
• Multi-state payroll knowledge and taxation awareness
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) required
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for union and non-union employees (weekly/bi-weekly)
• Audit Time & Attendance to ensure compliance
• Administer union and non-union benefits payments and deductions
• Use Dayforce and Workday for processing, reporting, and optimization
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to resolve payroll issues
• Maintain payroll records in compliance with regulations
• Investigate discrepancies and communicate findings clearly
• Support audits and maintain internal controls
• Anticipate payroll challenges and propose improvements
• Be available for extended hours during peak payroll periods
