Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of payroll administration, processing or analysis.
• CPP Certification is required.
• Prior HRIS software experience, preferably with Paylocity.
• Advanced Excel proficiency including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Understanding of payroll laws and tax regulations.
• Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
• High degree of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work autonomously.
• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, HR or related field preferred; or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll accurately and timely.
• Ensure payroll taxes and deductions are correct and compliant.
• Assist employees and resolve discrepancies or payroll questions.
• Prepare documentation for audits and support accounting payroll tasks.
• Support benefits, recruitment, onboarding and other HR functions.
