Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to support a growing organization in Orlando. This role is responsible for processing payroll using ADP, Paycor, and Paychex, ensuring compliance with federal and state HR laws, and providing day-to-day HR support. Ideal candidates are those who thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accurate and timely payroll on a weekly and bi-weekly basis
• Maintain employee records and support onboarding/offboarding
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and regulations
• Assist with benefits administration, leave tracking, and employee relations
• Serve as a point of contact for payroll and HR-related inquiries

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of payroll and HR experience
• Proficiency with ADP, Paycor, or Paychex software is preferred
• Strong knowledge of HR regulations, FLSA, FMLA, and employment law
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification (or in progress)
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
