Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of office and automated payroll experience, preferably with union contracts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills; detail-oriented.
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information; ability to exercise independent judgment.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud, ADP, and Drivers Pay preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately for both union and non-union divisional employees.
• Track vacations and floating holidays; maintain employee files and respond to payroll inquiries.
• Notify employees of tax levies and wage deduction orders; calculate deductions and process manual checks; handle union progressions.
• Serve as liaison for 401K pension questions and changes.
• Act as petty cash custodian and backup receptionist as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
