Job summary

Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches is seeking a Payroll Administrator to ensure timely, accurate, and confidential payroll processing from the Live Oak, FL office. You will manage time records, liaise with the payroll service provider, and handle GTL processing, while supporting accounting and HR with reports.

The role requires 4+ years in payroll and HR/clerical work, with ADP experience; strong confidentiality and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with 4+ years payroll processing experience.
• Experience with payroll service software (ADP preferred).
• Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations; confidential information handling.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll and time records with deadlines.
• Administer HRIS and payroll service provider liaison.
• Prepare GTL reports and apply GTL benefits.
• Provide payroll data for accounting and audits.
• Maintain payroll records and generate reports.
• Assist HR with special projects.
