This role handles high-volume payroll across multiple states, ensuring accurate deductions, taxes, and wage compliance. UKG experience is preferred, and the ideal candidate demonstrates strong analysis, confidentiality, and communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000, plus vacation, health benefits, and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience processing multi-state payroll preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll processes, deductions, taxes, and wage and hour requirements.
• Experience with payroll and/or timekeeping systems; UKG experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research and resolve discrepancies independently.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail with employee compensation information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with employees and management at all levels and maintain confidentiality.
