Job summary

Entertainment Consulting International, LLC (ECI) is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team. You will manage confidential payroll data, ensure accurate processing of deposits and deductions, and support regulatory compliance across federal and state requirements.

Ideal candidates will have strong Excel skills, the ability to work independently, and a detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Intermediate or higher Excel and Microsoft Office skills; import/export experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to apply reason and logic to complex situations; knowledge of federal and state employment laws a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong math skills.
• Maintain confidential payroll files and payroll information including Direct Deposits, Garnishments and Verifications.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, a self-starter - Team player who is willing to take on additional tasks to aid in time sensitive deadlines.
• Intermediate skills (or better) in Microsoft products, especially Excel - Experience with import/export (upload processes) a plus
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to apply reason and logic to complex situations - Knowledge of federal and state employment laws/regulations a plus. - Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Must have Basic mathematical skills
• Maintain confidential payroll personnel files and Pay information through Ultipro - Maintain and respond to confidential employee information including Direct Deposits, Garnishments and Employment Verifications to meet deadlines and requirements
