Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable: match PO’s to invoices, ensure documentation and approval, code invoices, input invoices, reconcile to statements.
• Assist in payroll compilation.
• Assist with month end closing.
• Assist with quarterly and annual reporting.
• Cross trained to support peers when needed.
• Perform general filing and other duties as assigned.
