Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical and routine accounting tasks to support an operating unit.
• Analyze, investigate, and correct accounting entries as needed.
• Reconcile complex transactions.
• Respond to inquiries and coordinate with departments and vendors to resolve issues.
• May supervise less senior staff.
• May specialize in one or more accounting areas as directed by management.
• Ensure timely processing of employee data related to compensation, benefits, and hours worked.
• Process bi-weekly payroll using automated timekeeping systems.
