Orangetheory Fitness is currently looking for an organized and detail oriented Payroll & Accounting Associate to join our team! This person will be cross trained and will be assisting with payroll, accounts payable and accounting month close across a rapidly growing organization. This individual will report directly to the Payroll & Accounting Manager. If you are:

We are looking for someone to:

Prepare and process payroll for all employees while ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all transactions

Coordinate with HR and other departments to maintain accurate employee records, process updates efficiently, and ensure proper data flow across systems

Analyze various information systems and pull reports for management as requested

Assist A/P on receiving and vouching invoices and making payments

Assist the accounting team with month end and year end reporting

Work with the accounting team on year-end audits

Coordinate and participate in special projects as needed

All other duties as assigned

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
