AP/AR Associate US Accounting (US Staffing) | Remote Noida

Company: Stellar Consulting Solutions LLC

Location: Remote (WFH Noida-based candidates preferred)

Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years in US Accounting

Work Hours: Night Shifts (Aligned with US Time Zones)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role

Stellar Consulting Solutions LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive AP/AR Associate to join our dynamic accounting team. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with hands-on experience in US Accounting within the US Staffing industry, especially those proficient with invoice processing, timesheet tracking, and advanced Excel reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create and manage customer and vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Coordinate with vendors and consultants to ensure timely submission of timesheets and resolve invoice discrepancies.
  3. Work with tools such as QuickBooks, Fieldglass, IQN, Beeline, etc.
  4. Hands-on experience with different types of MSPs, VMS.
  5. Maintain and audit timesheet data for compliance and accuracy.
  6. Build and manage automated dashboards for financial tracking and reporting.
  7. Perform data analysis, projections, and forecasting for accounting reports.
  8. Utilize advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and automation.
  9. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in US Accounting, preferably in a US Staffing setup.
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and timesheet management tools.
  • Proven ability to handle AR/AP processes, vendor coordination, and invoice follow-ups.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong grasp of accounting/statistical concepts.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are a must.
  • Familiarity with accounting automation and data visualization techniques is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in night shifts to support US operations.
