Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of payroll policies and wage/hour laws.
• Proficient use of payroll information technology systems (Workday/Kronos a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly journal entries and reports.
• Update payroll files and general ledger.
• Prepare and file tax and regulatory reports.
• Support payroll accounting team and auditors.
