Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Minimum 2 years payroll experience in a Government contracting environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and Excel skills.
• Working knowledge of accounting concepts and ability to create journal entries and reconciliations.
• Ability to follow standard procedures under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Process labor corrections in Costpoint and reconcile labor each payroll cycle.
• Conduct monthly audits of benefit deductions and process quarterly disability benefits.
• Prepare affiliated GL account reconciliations and back up semi-monthly labor and payroll processing.
• Assist with W-2 year-end function and new hire employee orientation.
