Job summary

Vaco by Highspring in New Jersey is seeking a hands-on Payroll Analyst to support payroll reporting, financial analysis, and accounting schedules for a large employee population.

You will analyze payroll data, prepare reports, reconcile accounts, and collaborate with the Payroll Manager on projects, with a workforce of about 2,700 to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. This is an in-office role Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Payroll accounting or payroll-related accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with large-volume payroll reporting preferred.
• ADP Workforce Now experience required.
• Must be comfortable working with detailed financial and payroll data.
• Excel skills will be evaluated as part of the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Analyze payroll data and prepare payroll reports
• Prepare supporting accounting schedules and reconciliations
• Perform financial and payroll-related analysis
• Review payroll information for accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Support the Payroll Manager with reporting and accounting-related projects
• Work with data from a payroll population of approximately 2,700 employees
