Job summary

Wix's Finance Group seeks an experienced payroll accountant to join the Payroll team. You will take ownership of the end-to-end payroll process and partner with HR, Finance, managers, and employees in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, service, and continuous improvement are highly valued.

The role focuses on monthly payroll, employee lifecycle events, and ensuring accuracy and compliance using Hilan and Hilanet systems. Strong Excel and English skills are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a payroll accountant.
• Experience with Hilan payroll system (required).
• Experience with Hilanet attendance system.
• Proven end-to-end payroll process management.
• High level of English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Israeli labor laws and pension regulations.
• CPP certification or equivalent (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process.

We're looking for an experienced payroll accountant to join our Payroll team. You'll take ownership of the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations while partnering closely with HR, Finance, managers, and employees. In your day-to-day, you will:

• Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process


• Own all payroll-related aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes, offboarding, and final settlements


• Work extensively with the Hilan payroll system


• Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with company policies and local labor regulations


• Provide professional support and guidance to employees regarding payroll inquiries

• 4+ years of experience as a payroll accountant


• Significant hands-on experience working with the Hilan payroll system (required)


• Hands-on experience working with the Hilanet attendance system


• Proven experience managing the payroll process end-to-end


• High level of English (written and spoken)


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel


• Knowledge of Israeli labor laws and pension regulations


• Relevant certifications such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent - an advantage


• Strong understanding of the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding and final settlements
