Job summary

Félix moves money for millions of transactions from the US to LatAm. As PM for Payouts Platform, you will own the vision, roadmap and results for how money gets to its destination—fast, reliable, and low-cost for every Félix product, in every market we serve.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Treasury and Ops to expand rails, improve routing, and shorten time-to-live, while shaping partner strategy and delivering a self-serve platform for product teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years on payments, payouts or money movement products.
• Experience owning a product whose main customers were other teams or developers.
• Rails knowledge: payout rails and partner SLAs; LatAm rails experience a plus.
• Data fluency: SQL and reliability/cost metrics.

Responsibilities

• Define the Payouts Platform vision and roadmap.
• Build a self-serve platform for product teams to adopt quickly.
• Expand reach across markets and rails, including instant payments and crypto rails.
• Shape partner strategy and API/integration requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Improve routing and validation to raise success rates and lower costs.
• Reduce manual work and provide real-time payout visibility.
• Align payouts with Compliance, Treasury, and Ops across teams.
