Job summary

Topstep LLC is seeking a Payment Operations Specialist to prepare and process daily trader payouts across ACH, Wise, wires, and Aeropay, as we bring payout processing in-house.

You will handle daily payout processing, maintain accurate records for reconciliation, and enforce controls while participating in cutover tasks and the adoption of new automated workflows.

The role blends disciplined execution with hands-on improvement of runbooks as automation matures in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of operations experience in payments, banking, or fintech.
• High attention to detail and strong process discipline.
• Comfort working to firm daily cutoffs.
• Clear written records and communication.

Responsibilities

• Daily Payout Processing: Prepare ACH, Wise, and wire batches according to runbooks and daily cutoffs.
• Process returns, retries, and payout exceptions accurately and on time.
• Records & Controls: Make sure maker-checker processes; maintain accurate records for reconciliation.
• Flag anomalies and control gaps immediately.
