Job summary

Thatch is hiring an Operations Specialist to help scale our Carrier Operations team. You will own execution across payment reconciliation, daily workflows, and process improvements in collaboration with product and engineering.

This is a fast-paced, data-driven role in a fully distributed US startup. You’ll work to ensure accurate payments, timely task completions, and clear stakeholder communication, contributing to a stable, member-focused financial experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of operations, consulting, or related experience at a fast-growth startup or professional services firm.
• Track record of building project teams or launching new products/initiatives.
• Experience creating effective operational processes in ambiguous environments and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and assist with payment reconciliation to ensure accurate receivables.
• Support daily operational workflows and meet service levels.
• Assist with developing enrollment and payment infrastructure with engineering/product teams.
• Handle escalations from Support and communicate outcomes.
