Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Revenue Support Manager to oversee payor negotiation analytics, monitor profitability of contracts, and drive data reporting across operations in a remote/Georgia setting.

You will produce monthly analytical reports, identify growth opportunities in contracted and non-contracted rates, and collaborate with finance and operations to support budget reviews and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of related experience in healthcare finance or analytics.
• Master’s degree with 3+ years supervisory or project management preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage payor negotiation analytics and monitor contract profitability.
• Produce monthly analytical reports to support managed care decisions.
• Coordinate data collection, auditing, and contract implementation activities.
• Collaborate with operations and finance teams to support budgets.
