Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks a payor negotiation analytics professional to oversee all aspects of payer data analysis for assigned groups. The role includes monitoring financial and competitive data, following up on negotiations, and providing analytical support for contract proposals and budget reviews.

The ideal candidate has 5-8 years related experience (or a Master’s with 3 years) and strong GAAP knowledge, with advanced Excel and data skills.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years’ related experience; or a Master’s degree with 3 years’ experience.
• 3+ years’ supervisory or project/program management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP highly preferred.
• Strong computer skills with word processing, spreadsheet, database and email applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of payor negotiation analytics for assigned groups.
• Monitor, analyze and evaluate financial and competitive data related to payor negotiations.
• Communicate executed payer agreements to Operations management and Revenue Centers.
• Assist with budgetary reviews of financial changes to agreements.
• Produce analytical reports to support managed care efforts on a monthly or as-needed basis.
• Collaborate with peers to develop best practices for daily activities.
