Job summary

The Payne Auto Group in Texas seeks an experienced Sales Consultant for stand-alone pre-owned locations. You will generate leads, engage customers, present vehicles, and close deals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Exceptional candidates without automotive experience may be considered. A 21+ age requirement and a clean driving record apply. A $3,000 signing bonus is paid over the first three months, with monthly commission enhancements and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a clear and valid driving record for the past three consecutive years.
• Proven experience as a Salesperson or in a similar sales role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Working knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and sales management systems
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus

Responsibilities

The Payne Auto Group is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at our stand-alone pre-owned locations. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who can generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and consistently close deals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

While this position is designed for experienced sales professionals, exceptional candidates without direct automotive experience may be considered. A college degree does not require experience and results matter.

$3,000 Signing Bonus

• The Payne Auto Group is pleased to offer a $3,000 signing bonus for qualified, experienced Sales Consultants. Paid as $1,000 commission enhancements per month
• Distributed over the first three (3) months of employment
• Payments are contingent upon active employment and good standing during each payout period

• Candidate must meet all standard hiring, performance, and compliance requirements
