Payne Edinburg CDJR seeks a energetic Sales Consultant to assist customers in finding their ideal vehicle while delivering outstanding service. You will drive sales and contribute to a high-performance team.

We offer a base annual earnings of $30K plus sales bonuses, with a 40-hour work week, in-house training, insurance benefits, and career advancement as Payne Auto Group grows. If you have a passion for sales and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Clean driving record for the past 3 consecutive years.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CRM software proficiency and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
