Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading complex technology programs in large organizations.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program management.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans and risks.
• Advanced stakeholder management and cross-functional influence across teams and clients.
• Proven track record of managing resources, budgets and high-performing teams in agile settings.
• Experience managing schedules, milestones, risks, issues, decisions and actions.
• Analytical problem-solving to translate objectives into actionable tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resources, and timelines.
• Leverage AI capabilities to accelerate planning, RAID, and executive updates with proper data handling.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and implement contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope and deliverables.
• Apply analytical reasoning to assess performance and drive data-driven improvements.
• Champion agile delivery practices and continuous improvement within the team.
• Promote AI-assisted governance and reporting with human-in-the-loop review.
