Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Lead Technology Operations Analyst, Payments to drive end-to-end payments operations, partner with brand teams, and optimize integrations across in-store and digital channels.

You will own payments reliability, security, and vendor relationships, while mentoring teammates and contributing to continuous improvement of tooling and processes within Inspire Brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong communication and collaboration across cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with ITIL/SDLC and service delivery frameworks.
• Proven track record in vendor management and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize operational processes for payments across in-store and digital channels.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate with engineering, help desk and vendors.
• Mentor peers and drive continuous improvement in tools and workflows.
• Ensure PCI and payment security compliance across platforms and partners.
• Communicate status, risks and mitigations clearly to stakeholders.
• Support QA/UAT readiness and maintain runbooks and documentation.
