Rave Financial is seeking a Payment Systems Coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support within the Payments Systems Department. You will assist with daily tasks including Lockbox, Remote Deposit Capture, and Wire Transfer processing, under supervision.

Emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in delivering service to members and vendors. This role is a developmental position designed to support the smooth operation of the credit union's payments activities and

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of related experience.
• High school education or GED.
• Strong numerical accuracy and data entry skills.
• Familiarity with ACH, wires, RDC, and Lockbox.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily payment processing tasks (Lockbox, RDC, and Wire transfers).
• Assist with data entry and clerical duties within Payments Systems.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payment transactions and documentation.
• Collaborate with team and senior staff to ensure compliance and customer service.
