The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta is seeking a System Operations Specialist I to oversee large-scale clearinghouse and transaction processing for the Fed ACH and Check business lines. • Manage large-scale clearinghouse/transaction processing for Fed ACH and Check.
• Provide real-time support for Check/ACH processing.
• Monitor core processing platforms and satellite subsystems.
• Support operations/production issues and incident management.
• Participate in testing, defect management, and launches of core platforms.
• Collaborate with shift leads and other teams to meet deliverables.
• Communicate effectively and document procedures.
