Next Frontier Capital is seeking a Senior Associate Business Manager on the Payments team to shape strategy, drive performance insights, and support key decisions for a leading global payments business.

You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, deliver executive-ready analyses, and help streamline processes to enable growth across products, design, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, analytics or business.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience turning data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic initiatives with product managers and stakeholders.
• Develop executive presentations communicating performance and insights.
• Analyze data and provide recommendations for priorities.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to evaluate performance opportunities.
• Create reporting and forecasting tools with meaningful insights.
• Coordinate deliverables across product, finance, and business teams.
• Drive process improvements and automation with data/tech partners.
