Job summary

JPMorganChase in New Jersey is seeking a Product Solutions Manager in Global Clearing to define and configure complex solutions for key client relationships and prospects in partnership with Sales. You will act as the voice of the customer, explaining needs to Product teams and shaping tailored product strategies.

This role requires leading cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, and operations to ensure solutions meet client objectives, drive adoption, and sustain competitive

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in solving problems across multiple teams and products.
Extensive experience engaging with clients during a sales cycle.
Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to address complex problems.
Experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization.

Responsibilities

Leads solutioning and adoption of client-facing products and configurations to address client needs and objectives.
Serves as a subject matter expert on defined products with deep understanding of client needs and market trends.
Supports Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and upskilling the team on product knowledge through collaboration on training and collateral materials.
Engages with client teams to understand pain points and communicate feedback to Product teams for roadmap input.
