Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Business Development Specialist in our Merchant Services team. You will call business owners and Chase clients to help them through the credit card acceptance process, leveraging Chase’s products and solutions to grow client businesses.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in sales, strong tele-sales and written communication, excellent organizational skills, and comfort with Microsoft Office. Bilingual Spanish/English or Mandarin/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience or Bachelor/Associate degree
• Strong tele-sales ability, written communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills, ability to shift tasks quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Focused and detail-oriented
• Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office and Excel

Responsibilities

• Selling payment solutions to new and existing clients via inbound and outbound calls.
• Communicate with key decision-makers to evaluate needs and propose credit card solutions.
• Stay current on Chase products, solutions and services to recommend best-fit options.
• Maintain a clean sales pipeline with detailed electronic records; perform administrative duties as needed.
• Deliver excellent follow-up to ensure high customer satisfaction pre- and post-sale.
• Operate across multiple software/platforms to track, board and maintain the sales process.
