Job summary

U.S. Bank’s Elavon unit seeks a detail-oriented specialist to support product, system, and contract processes for internal and partner sales teams. You will assist with terminal and software support, and manage pricing and vendor certifications.

Responsibilities include helping select merchant contracts, resolving sales compensation issues, maintaining up-to-date information on card schemes, and ensuring smooth communication with the sales force.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support product, system, sales process and contracts for internal and external sales teams.
• Provide product support including terminals, software and value add products.
• Assist sales in selecting contracts for new merchant relationships.
• Research and resolve compensation issues for sales staff.
• Process third party certification requests and validate vendors.
• Maintain internal sites with card schemes and pricing; notify sales of changes.
